APA is growing our Hospitality Team, and we’re looking for 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆, 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 people who want to help create an exceptional experience for our students, families, and employees!

This is more than a traditional front desk role. Our Hospitality Team welcomes families, answers questions, supports teachers, keeps the building ready, and helps daily operations run smoothly—even during our busiest moments.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗕𝗘 𝗔 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨:
• Naturally notice what needs attention and take initiative
• Enjoy helping children and adults feel welcomed and cared for
• Remain calm, friendly, and professional in a busy environment
• Are dependable, organized, and comfortable following established systems
• Want to be part of a team that values growth, community, and joy

New team members receive 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, and we’ll teach you the systems and procedures you need to feel confident in the role!

𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬
This is a part-time position with the greatest need during weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends:
• Monday–Thursday: approximately 4:00–8:30 PM
• Friday: approximately 4:00–7:30 PM
• Saturday: approximately 8:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: approximately 12:30–4:15 PM

Applicants do not need to be available for every daily shift, but consistent weekly availability is important.
