APA does Holiday Parties

For the past several years, APA has been thrilled to be a part of the Fit4Mom/Raleigh Stroller Strides Holiday Party.  FIT4MOM is the country’s largest fitness program for moms, offering pre- and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. FIT4MOM Cary/Durham offers daily Stroller Strides workouts, 8-week Body Back health & fitness programs, and 5k, 8k, 10K & Half Marathon trainings for moms in the Cary, Apex & Durham areas.

They throw a huge holiday pot luck and we get to help out by hosting a free dance class for all the little ones. Ms. MK ran the show this year and we even brought along Sleeping Beauty to help out. It was a big hit and we hope to be back next year!
